Defective or Errors
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order (for example, an error in customization or the model requested), we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Contact within the first 7 business days: You must contact our customer service team within the first 7 business days of receiving the product.
2. Proof of the defect or error: You will be asked to send clear photos of the defect or error along with a detailed description of the problem. We will not accept any requests that are unable to show clear proof.
3. Solution: After verifying the incident, we will offer you a solution that may include replacing the defective product or refunding the full amount paid.
PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
1. Email info@nwothreads.com with your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect product, and a description of the problem.
2. Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
3. If your request is approved, you will be told how to proceed with your return or how to receive your refund or replacement.
Additional Considerations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the established requirements are not met.
